I'm a synthetic biologist working on biomolecular interactions. I completed my PhD at The University of Leeds and I am now based in Utrecht in The Netherlands. This blog will highlight issues in science communication, projects I'm involved with and other bits of chemistry fun.

I also have a guest blog slot over at Chemistry World where I write about academic journal covers, bridging the gap between art and science with good (and not so good) communication.
